Tick Basket: Privacy Policy

Tick Basket ("the app") is published by GlowVibe ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app uses and why. Questions: support@glowvibe.in.

What we collect

We do not run a server for this app and we do not collect your personal information. There is no account or sign-up. Your shopping lists are written, stored and read on your device, and the app does not send them to us.

Permissions

• Internet: used only to load ads and, when you ask for it, to open a web page such as this policy. The lists themselves work without a connection.
• Advertising ID: the ads provider (see "Ads" below) uses it to show and measure ads.
• Vibration: the app can give a short buzz when you tick an item, using your phone's built-in haptic feedback. This needs no permission and you can switch it off in Settings.
• The app does not ask for permission to use your camera, microphone, photos, files, contacts or location.

What stays on your device

The app saves these items in its own private storage on your device only:

• your lists and the items on them, with any quantities, notes and prices you enter;
• your favourites and the names of items you have added before (used for suggestions);
• the trips you have finished (list name, date, number of items and, if you entered prices, their total);
• your settings (aisle order, units, whether prices are shown, currency, vibration, light or dark theme);
• a counter that decides when the app may ask you to rate it.

We never receive this information. Settings > Delete all data removes all of it. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes everything too.

Android backup: if you have turned on your phone's backup to your Google account, Android may include this app's data on your phone in that backup, encrypted and under your own account. We have no access to it. You can manage this in your phone's settings.

Sharing a list

When you tap "Share list", the app hands the list as plain text to the Android share sheet, and you choose the app it goes to (a messaging app, e-mail, notes). From then on that app's privacy policy applies. Nothing is shared unless you choose it, and the app keeps no record of what you shared or with whom. "Import from text" reads text you paste into the app and nothing else.

Ads

The app is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of the list screens and an occasional full-screen ad after you finish a trip or share a list. Ads are never shown while you are editing an item or pasting text, and the app never asks you to watch an ad to use a feature. To show and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may use your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information (such as device model, operating system version and app version) and information about how you interact with ads. Ads may be personalised, depending on your choices.

• Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and some other regions) the app shows Google's consent form before ads are requested. You can review or change your choice at any time under Settings > Ad privacy options when that option is shown.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

Other services

If you tap "Rate this app", the app opens Google Play or shows Google Play's in-app review sheet; Google handles that interaction under its own privacy policy. If you tap "Contact support" or "Privacy policy", the app opens your e-mail app or your browser.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

Because we do not collect or store personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you are in a region with data-protection rights and believe we hold information about you, write to support@glowvibe.in. For data held by Google (such as ad-related data), use Google's own tools and controls.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, if the change is significant, tell you in the app or on the store page.
