Tally Board: Privacy Policy

Tally Board ("the app") is published by GlowVibe ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app uses and why. Questions: support@glowvibe.in.

What we collect

We do not run a server for this app and we do not collect your personal information. There is no account or sign-up. Scores, player names and counters are kept on your device and are never sent to us.

Permissions

• Internet: used only to load ads and, when you ask for it, to open a web page such as this policy.
• Advertising ID: the ads provider (see "Ads" below) uses it to show and measure ads.
• Vibration: the app can give a short buzz when a score or counter changes, using your phone's built-in haptic feedback. This needs no permission and you can switch it off in Settings.
• The app does not ask for permission to use your camera, microphone, photos, files, contacts or location.

What stays on your device

The app saves these items in its own private storage on your device only:

• the game you are playing (its name, the player names and colours you typed, the rules and every score entered), so it can be continued after the app is closed;
• finished games (name, date, rules, player names, final scores and places) and the wins per player worked out from them;
• recently used player names, so you can add them again with one tap;
• templates you saved, and your tally counters (name, count, step and target);
• your settings (vibration, default scoring style, light or dark theme) and a counter that decides when the app may ask you to rate it.

We never receive this information. Player names are whatever you type: you can use nicknames or initials. You can delete single games from the history, clear the whole history in Settings, and delete counters and templates in the app. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes everything.

Android backup: if you have turned on your phone's backup to your Google account, Android may include this app's data on your phone in that backup, encrypted and under your own account. We have no access to it. You can manage this in your phone's settings.

Clipboard

When you tap Copy results, the app puts the final standings of that game on your device's clipboard as text, so you can paste them where you like. The app never reads your clipboard.

Ads

The app is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob: a banner on the home, results, counters and history screens, and an occasional full-screen ad after a finished game, when you leave the results with "New game" or "Home". Ads are never shown while you keep score or tap a counter. To show and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may use your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information (such as device model, operating system version and app version) and information about how you interact with ads. Ads may be personalised, depending on your choices.

• Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and some other regions) the app shows Google's consent form before ads are requested. You can review or change your choice at any time under Settings > Ad privacy options when that option is shown.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

Other services

If you tap "Rate this app", the app opens Google Play or shows Google Play's in-app review sheet; Google handles that interaction under its own privacy policy. If you tap "Contact support" or "Privacy policy", the app opens your e-mail app or your browser.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

Because we do not collect or store personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you are in a region with data-protection rights and believe we hold information about you, write to support@glowvibe.in. For data held by Google (such as ad-related data), use Google's own tools and controls.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, if the change is significant, tell you in the app or on the store page.
