Resize Glow: Privacy Policy

Resize Glow ("the app") is published by GlowVibe ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app uses and why. Questions: support@glowvibe.in.

What we collect

We do not run a server for this app and we do not collect your personal information. There is no account or sign-up. Your photos are resized, compressed, converted, cropped, cleaned and combined on your device. The app does not upload them, and we never see them.

Your photos

• Choosing photos: you pick photos in Android's own photo picker (or the system file picker on older Android versions). The app receives only the photos you choose and cannot browse the rest of your gallery.
• Photo information: photos can carry hidden information such as where they were taken, the camera model and the date. The app reads it from the photos you pick only to show it to you and, if you choose, to remove it from the new copies. By default, new copies keep the camera and date but not the location; you can change this in Settings.
• Temporary copies: while you work, the app keeps copies of your photos and the finished results in its private temporary folder, which other apps cannot read. They are deleted when you leave the results screen and every time the app starts.
• Saving and sharing: photos are added to your gallery (in an album named "Resize Glow") only when you tap Save, and are passed to another app only when you tap Share and choose that app. What happens next is up to the app you share with.

Permissions

• Internet: used only to load ads and, when you ask for it, to open a web page such as this policy. Your photos are never sent over the internet by the app.
• Storage (Android 7 to 10 only): on these older versions Android needs this permission to save a photo to your gallery. The app asks for it only when you tap Save. Newer Android versions do not ask.
• Advertising ID: the ads provider (see "Ads" below) uses it to show and measure ads.
• The app does not ask for permission to read your photo library, use your camera or microphone, or read your contacts or your device's location.

What stays on your device

The app saves these items in its own private storage on your device only:

• your settings (default format, JPG and WebP quality, what happens to photo information, light or dark theme);
• a counter that decides when the app may ask you to rate it.

We never receive this information. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes everything.

Android backup: if you have turned on your phone's backup to your Google account, Android may include this app's data on your phone in that backup, encrypted and under your own account. We have no access to it. You can manage this in your phone's settings.

Ads

The app is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob: a banner on the home screen and the results screen, and an occasional full-screen ad after you save or share your photos. Ads are never shown while you edit a crop or a collage or while your photos are being processed. The ads provider does not receive your photos. To show and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may use your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information (such as device model, operating system version and app version) and information about how you interact with ads. Ads may be personalised, depending on your choices.

• Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and some other regions) the app shows Google's consent form before ads are requested. You can review or change your choice at any time under Settings > Ad privacy options when that option is shown.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

Other services

If you tap "Rate this app", the app opens Google Play or shows Google Play's in-app review sheet; Google handles that interaction under its own privacy policy. If you tap "Contact support" or "Privacy policy", the app opens your e-mail app or your browser.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

Because we do not collect or store personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you are in a region with data-protection rights and believe we hold information about you, write to support@glowvibe.in. For data held by Google (such as ad-related data), use Google's own tools and controls.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, if the change is significant, tell you in the app or on the store page.
