Jigsaw Glow ("the app") is published by GlowVibe ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app uses and why. Questions: support@glowvibe.in.
We do not run a server for this app and we do not collect your personal information. There is no account or sign-up. Puzzles are made and played on your device, and nothing about your puzzles or your photos is sent to us.
You can choose to make a puzzle from one of your own photos. You pick the photo with Android's system photo picker, so the app only ever sees the photo you chose, never the rest of your gallery, and it does not need permission to read your photos or files.
The app saves these items in its own private storage on your device only:
We never receive this information. You can reset your progress in Settings. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes everything, including the photo copies.
Android backup: if you have turned on your phone's backup to your Google account, Android may include this app's data on your phone in that backup, encrypted and under your own account. We have no access to it. You can manage this in your phone's settings.
The app is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob: a banner on the home screen and on the screen shown after a finished puzzle, an occasional full-screen ad when you leave that screen with "Next puzzle" or "Home", and optional videos that you can choose to watch for an extra hint. Ads are never shown while you are putting a puzzle together. To show and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may use your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information (such as device model, operating system version and app version) and information about how you interact with ads. Ads may be personalised, depending on your choices.
Learn more: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
If you tap "Rate this app", the app opens Google Play or shows Google Play's in-app review sheet; Google handles that interaction under its own privacy policy. If you tap "Contact support" or "Privacy policy", the app opens your e-mail app or your browser. The photo picker is part of Android (or of Google Play services on older Android versions) and runs under its own terms.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Because we do not collect or store personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you are in a region with data-protection rights and believe we hold information about you, write to support@glowvibe.in. For data held by Google (such as ad-related data), use Google's own tools and controls.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, if the change is significant, tell you in the app or on the store page.
