DocGlow ("the app") is published by GlowVibe ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app uses and why. Questions: support@glowvibe.in.
We do not run a server for this app and we do not collect your personal information. There is no account or sign-up. What you scan is processed on your device and is not sent to us.
The app saves these items in its own private storage on your device only:
We never receive this information. You can delete the history, all documents and all expenses in Settings > Preferences, and individual items inside the app. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes everything.
A file leaves your device only when you choose to share it. The Android share sheet hands it to the app you pick; what that app does with it is governed by its own policy. An exported expenses file contains the details of the expenses you chose to export. Documents and receipts can contain other people's personal information: you are responsible for how you use and share them.
Android backup: if you have turned on your phone's backup to your Google account, Android may include this app's data on your phone in that backup, encrypted and under your own account. We have no access to it. You can manage this in your phone's settings.
The app shows what a code contains and never opens a link, joins a Wi-Fi network or adds a contact by itself. When you tap to open a link, the app shows the full address first and asks you to confirm; the website you visit then has its own privacy policy. When you search for a product number, the app opens a web search in your browser with that number after you confirm.
The app uses Google's ML Kit components on your device to read barcodes, to scan documents and to recognise text on pictures. These components process pictures on your device. [Check Google's current ML Kit data-disclosure page before publishing and describe here anything it says Google may receive, for example technical performance and diagnostic information, under Google's own privacy policy.]
The app is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may use your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information (such as device model, operating system version and app version) and information about how you interact with ads. Ads may be personalised, depending on your choices. Ads are never placed over the camera view.

If you tap "Rate this app", the app opens Google Play or shows Google Play's in-app review sheet; Google handles that interaction under its own privacy policy. If you tap "Contact support" or "Privacy policy", the app opens your e-mail app or your browser.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Because we do not collect or store personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you are in a region with data-protection rights and believe we hold information about you, write to support@glowvibe.in. For data held by Google (such as ad-related data), use Google's own tools and controls.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, if the change is significant, tell you in the app or on the store page.
