Biz Toolkit ("the app") is published by GlowVibe ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app uses and why. Questions: support@glowvibe.in.
We do not run a server for this app and we do not collect your personal information. There is no account or sign-up. The app does not ask for permission to use your camera, contacts, location, photos or files.
To work, the app saves the following on your device only: the invoices you create (client names, e-mail addresses and postal addresses you type, items, prices, dates, notes and their status), the details of your business that you enter (name, address, e-mail, phone number, tax ID), your invoice settings (currency, number format, tax name and rate, payment terms, numbering, paper size, default notes), the time until which extra invoice templates are unlocked, your light or dark theme choice, and a counter that decides when the app may ask you to rate it. We never receive this information. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes it. You can delete any invoice inside the app.
Invoices are made as PDF files on your device. A PDF leaves your device only when you choose to share it (the Android share sheet hands it to the app you pick) or to print it (Android's print service hands it to the printer you pick). What those apps and services do with the file is governed by their own policies.
Please remember that an invoice can contain other people's personal information. You are responsible for how you use and share it.
Android backup: if you have turned on your phone's backup to your Google account, Android may include this app's data on your phone in that backup, encrypted and under your own account. We have no access to it. You can manage this in your phone's settings.
The app is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may use your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information (such as device model, operating system version and app version) and information about how you interact with ads. Ads may be personalised, depending on your choices.

If you tap "Rate this app", the app opens Google Play or shows Google Play's in-app review sheet; Google handles that interaction under its own privacy policy. If you tap "Contact support" or "Privacy policy", the app opens your e-mail app or your browser.
The calculators work on your device with the numbers you type and do not send them anywhere. They give estimates for information only and are not financial, tax or legal advice.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Because we do not collect or store personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you are in a region with data-protection rights and believe we hold information about you, write to support@glowvibe.in. For data held by Google (such as ad-related data), use Google's own tools and controls.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, if the change is significant, tell you in the app or on the store page.
