Join the free 21-day glow challenge

One small, doable task a day for three weeks. Pick a track, tick off each day and watch your habits add up. No sign-up, no expensive products and no miracle promises, just steady care that suits Indian weather.

What you'll do

  • Week 1, the basics: cleanse gently, moisturise on damp skin, wear sunscreen, drink water and sleep well (or, on the hair track, wash, dry and detangle without breakage).
  • Week 2, one new habit: add just one new step or product, patch-tested first, and watch how your skin or scalp responds.
  • Week 3, consistency and review: small extras, a check-in, and a routine you can keep.
  • Day 1 and Day 21: take a photo in daylight to compare. Photos stay on your phone and are never uploaded.

Challenge FAQs

Is the 21-day glow challenge really free?

Yes. There is nothing to buy and no sign-up. Most tasks use what you already have at home.

Do I need new products?

No. Week 2 suggests adding one new step if you want to, and only after a patch test. You can skip it and stay with the basics.

Where is my progress saved?

Only in your browser on this device. If you clear your browsing data or switch phones, your ticks will reset. Your Day 1 and Day 21 photos stay in your phone gallery and are never uploaded.

What if I miss a day?

Just carry on with today's task. If you did a day but forgot to tick it, tap that day in the grid to mark it done.

Can I do the skin and hair tracks together?

Do one at a time so it stays easy. You can switch tracks whenever you like, and each track keeps its own progress.

Will I see results in 21 days?

You may notice skin that feels more comfortable or hair that tangles less, but everyone is different. Three weeks is about building habits; bigger changes take months.

Is this medical advice?

No. These are general care habits. If you have acne that hurts or scars, rashes, patches, sudden hair loss or anything that worries you, please see a dermatologist.
